Naturalmente volevo dire ICI che sarà sostituita da IMU e non TARSU , ovvero un semplice refuso nato dal fatto che un domani prossimo ci sarà la RES che ingloberà tutto ovvero TARSU TIA e altro e questo mi ha portato a scrivere una scemata come refuso ,che credo sia però un errore veniale. Rimane il fatto concettuale esposto in precedenza.
